Niblett CPA was founded by Linda Niblett, CPA, after a career in corporate and public accounting, including time at RSM, that gave her a front-row seat to how complex, high-stakes financial work really gets done. Building an independent firm meant starting over in many ways: developing new client relationships, building a name, and learning the realities of running a business rather than working inside one.
That path led to a clear focus: the cannabis and hemp industry. It’s a space where operators are held to standard business expectations while navigating tax code §280E chief among it that was never designed with them in mind.
